Misk Elite Industries announces its نیاز for a Production Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role aims to directly supervise and coordinate industrial activities within the facilities to ensure efficient and effective operations. We are seeking a candidate with experience ranging from zero to one year in a related field.

Responsibilities Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and scheduling production operations, assigning tasks to the workforce, and monitoring performance and quality. The role also includes supervising equipment maintenance and preparing regular reports for management, contributing to achieving production goals and maintaining defined quality standards.

Main Tasks

• Schedule production dates based on available workloads, staff availability, and delivery deadlines.
• Distribute tasks to workers considering timelines, employee needs, and skills, as well as overall coordination of the production activity chain and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and machines.
• Monitor overall production performance, investigate any issues related to productivity or quality, provide guidance to employees on standard work methods, and recommend changes to procedures.
• Schedule maintenance times for factory machinery and equipment, assisting in implementation to minimize downtime.
• Record employee, production, and quality data, and prepare periodic performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from zero to one year in production supervision or in a similar manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

The work location is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and it is a full-time role requiring presence at industrial facilities for direct supervision of operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
