Al Khaleej Catering Company announces a vacancy for the position of Waiter in the city of Bisha in the Asir region. This role is full-time and requires experience ranging from 0 to 1 year, with a monthly salary of 4000 Saudi riyals. The role aims to ensure excellent food service for patients and staff in a healthcare environment.

Role Objective

The main objective of the Waiter role is to distribute and serve meals efficiently and professionally. This includes delivering meals to patient rooms and serving meals in the dining hall designated for nursing staff and on-call personnel, while adhering to health standards and service quality to ensure beneficiary satisfaction.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Contribute to preparing ready-to-eat meal supplies on the distribution line.
• Deliver meal carts to patient sections and distribute meals to them and their companions.
• Collect trays and empty carts from patient sections and return them to the washing area in the kitchen.
• Serve ready-to-eat meals in the dining hall (canteen) designated for nursing and on-call staff.
• Ensure the application of all health and cleanliness requirements during performing tasks.
• Deal politely and professionally when serving meals to beneficiaries.
• Deliver distribution carts to cleaning staff after ensuring they are completely free of any food items.
• Monitor the temperature of meal distribution carts to ensure food safety.
• Provide suggestions and solutions to the site manager to develop the quality of work and meals provided.

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of food service or catering.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
