Job Overview

Mahrani Restaurant for Meals is seeking a Waiter to join its team in Abha, Aseer region. The holder of this position, full-time, will be responsible for welcoming customers and providing excellent service, in addition to managing tables and handling payments. The role aims to ensure an enjoyable and efficient dining experience for all restaurant visitors.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers, present menus, and accurately take their orders.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Answer customer inquiries and advise on available food and beverage options.
• Set up, arrange, and clean tables before and after customer use, and return dishes and utensils to their designated places.
• Present the bills to customers, receive and record cash payments, and use point-of-sale devices efficiently.
• Initial handling of customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate supervisor for follow-up and resolution.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in the food service field or waiter roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively and politely with customers and colleagues.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use POS systems and handle cash and card payments.

Work Environment
