Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in your specialism subject with a PGCE and/or QTS

Proven track record of teaching English Language and Literature across secondary school (IB DP experience would be preferred)

Experience in organising literary projects, debates, drama productions, and extracurricular initiatives that enrich students engagement with texts

Ability to inspire students to develop critical thinking, creativity, and a passion for reading and writing

Creative in designing engaging lessons that balance textual analysis, writing skills, and collaborative learning

Adaptable to diverse cultural settings with inclusive and student-centered teaching practices
