About the Role
Family Medicine Dental Center announces its need for an Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor to join its team in Al Ahsa, Eastern Province. This full-time role aims to monitor and implement safety and occupational health regulations and contribute to providing a safe and healthy work environment within the facility.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular and emergency inspections at work sites to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health standards.
- Record inspection results in dedicated logs, compare them with approved standards, and follow up on addressing identified hazards with the competent authorities.
- Prepare and use equipment for measuring environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, noise, and vibration.
- Prepare accident and occupational injury investigation materials, conduct necessary investigations, and document results.
- Prepare and develop occupational safety and health instructions and procedures, including safe work instructions and evacuation plans.
- Educate and train workers on approved safety instructions and procedures to raise health and safety awareness.
- Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc work reports, documenting and filing them in an organized manner.
Scope of Work
The Occupational Health and Safety Supervisor's scope includes monitoring the application of laws, regulations, and safety instructions, measuring environmental factors, investigating incidents and injuries, and preparing and documenting safety and health instructions and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of occupational safety and health.
- Ability to monitor and apply safety-related laws and regulations.
- Good report writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to use devices for measuring environmental factors.

- إعداد وتطوير تعليمات وإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية، بما في ذلك تعليمات العمل الآمن وخطط الإخلاء.
- توعية وتدريب العاملين على تعليمات وإجراءات السلامة المعتمدة لتعزيز الوعي بالصحة والسلامة.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير العمل الدورية والخاصة، وتوثيقها وحفظها بشكل منظم.
