Data Management Consultant (10+ Years Experience)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (on-site)

Contract: 12 months

We're hiring a Data Management Consultant for a 12-month on-site contract in Riyadh. This is a great opportunity for a senior data governance professional to shape regulatory frameworks and operating models at scale.

• Develop regulatory frameworks including Data Governance, Compliance Management, Data Access, and AI Governance
• Design standard operating models — revenue-sharing, pricing, revenue, and fee models
• Enhance and develop AI-related policies
• Build out key registries: Data Governance Approval Registry, Version Control Registry, Integration Registry, and Agreement Registry
• Drive business process improvements in collaboration with the Process Improvement Department

• 10+ years of experience in data management, governance, or regulatory consulting
• Strong background in AI governance and policy development
• Experience designing operational and pricing/revenue models
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh for the full contract duration
• Holding already an Iqama with short notice will be prioritized
