1. Responsibilities:Manage interfaces between contractors, utilities, and third-party stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Gather and document project requirements by engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, translating them into actionable tasks for the technical teams.
