About the Return Officer Role at Ninja

Role Purpose and Operational Context

The Return Officer is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of returned products, from initial receipt and verification to final classification and system updates. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of coordinating effectively with various internal departments to maintain operational efficiency and data integrity for all return activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately verify returned items, including quantities and associated documentation.
• Inspect and classify returned products based on their condition and established criteria.
• Update return transactions precisely and promptly within the designated system.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Inventory, Quality Assurance (QA), and Returns teams to address and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and meticulous records for all return activities.
• Adhere strictly to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols during all return handling processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or returns processing is preferred.
