Al Abnaa Ahmed Saleh Kaaki Trading and Contracting Company is seeking a Accountant to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah Region. This full-time role focuses on managing the company’s daily financial operations, including preparing accounting documents, tracking revenues and expenses, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This opportunity is open to candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in accounting.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, document expense documents, and follow up on auditing and approving them by approved regulatory authorities.
• Monitor, document, and accurately analyze revenue collection.
• Prepare accounting entries and record all financial operations in the accounting records.
• Audit bank accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations with monthly reconciliation statements.
• Prepare and file reports and documents related to expenses and revenues.
• Audit financial claims and ensure they meet legal and financial conditions.
• Monitor current and capital expenditures according to the monthly financial status of budget items.
• Prepare the financial position and monthly conclusions, and prepare and organize annual closing accounts.
• Contribute to developing accounting methods and procedures and keep up with scientific and technological developments in the field.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of accounting.
• Academic qualification in accounting or a related field.
• Good understanding of the generally accepted accounting principles and standards.

Skills and Competencies

• High accuracy and attention to detail in preparing and auditing financial documents.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring revenues and expenses.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and effectively maintain documents.

Work Environment

This full-time position is available in Jeddah, in the Makkah region. The accountant will work within the finance team to support the business operations of Al Abnaa Ahmed Saleh Kaaki Trading and Contracting.
