About the Role

Castle of Rice restaurant, seeking an Accounting Cashier to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. The holder of this full-time position will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, including receiving cash and card payments, ensuring accuracy of sales records, and delivering excellent customer service torestaurant patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Count and record cash at the start of each shift, ensuring an adequate amount of small denominations is available.
• Accept cash or credit card payments or other approved methods, settle remaining amounts, and issue necessary receipts.
• Regularly update price lists, calculate prices of goods or services, prepare billing tables, and apply discounts when necessary.
• Reconcile cash received with total sales at the end of the shift, and report any discrepancies or resolve them according to procedures.
• Interact with customers warmly and fulfill requests related to adding or removing items from the purchase lists.

Experience Required

• This position requires practical experience ranging from two to five years in a related field, preferably in the restaurant or retail sector, with a proven track record in handling financial operations.
