Key Responsibilities
- Assign HVAC preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Inspect chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split units, and ventilation systems.
- Follow up temperature and cooling complaints.
- Ensure correct refrigerant handling and leak-control practices.
- Verify completed work and system performance.
- Maintain HVAC service records, readings, and spare-parts requirements.
- Enforce PPE, safety, and permit-to-work procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
Core Requirements
- Diploma or technical certification in HVAC or Refrigeration.
- 5 7 years of HVAC maintenance experience
