Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and support our organization s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure stability, integrity, and efficient operation of information systems that support core organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage network security, firewalls, and data protection systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update system documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related services and procurement.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and new technologies as required.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and security regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS).
• Familiarity with virtualization, cloud services, and cybersecurity practices.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
