• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related IT field• 1–2 years of relevant experience• Knowledge of ERP/EPM solutions (SAP, Oracle, or similar)• Experience or exposure to ERP/EPM implementation (preferred)• Familiarity with Power BI and AI data analytics• Strong skills in MS Office Suite• Fluent in both Arabic & English

• Support implementation and training of ERP/EPM systems• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and analyze business processes• Assist in system integration and collaborate with technical & functional teams• Prepare documentation, manuals, and training materials• Provide end-user support and ensure smooth system adoption• Contribute to improving and developing business processes
