We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to manage planning, scheduling, resource forecasting, and performance monitoring for a large-scale facility management project.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the project master programme and annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance plans. Plan preventive, corrective, reactive, statutory, and shutdown maintenance activities. Monitor progress, work-order backlogs, KPIs, SLAs, and schedule compliance. Prepare progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans. Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and specialist resources. Support CAFM planning, asset maintenance schedules, and work-order performance. Identify delays, risks, constraints, and corrective actions. Coordinate with operations, technical, commercial, procurement, HSE, quality, and client teams. Lead and supervise the planning and scheduling team.
Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in facility management or O&M planning. Proven experience in large-scale or multi-site facility management projects. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, resource planning, KPI/SLA monitoring, and CAFM/CMMS systems. Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Excel, and reporting tools. PMP, PMI-SP, CFM, FMP, PSP, or CMRP certification is preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
