- Develop and implement comprehensive corrosion control and prevention strategies for various infrastructure assets.
- Conduct thorough corrosion surveys and inspections using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Analyze corrosion data to identify root causes, predict failure mechanisms, and recommend effective mitigation solutions.
- Design and oversee the application of protective coatings, cathodic protection systems, and other corrosion-resistant materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- NACE CP1 and CP2 certifications are mandatory, demonstrating foundational knowledge in corrosion prevention.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in corrosion engineering and control within the oil and gas, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in interpreting P&IDs, engineering drawings, and material specifications relevant to corrosion control.
