Job Summary:

The Rixy Kids Club Animator is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children. The animator plans and leads age-appropriate activities while ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of all young guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome children and families in a friendly and professional manner. Organize and lead daily activities, games, arts & crafts, sports, mini disco, and themed events. Ensure the safety and security of children at all times. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area. Encourage children’s participation and create a positive atmosphere. Follow hotel policies, health & safety procedures, and child protection guidelines. Assist in organizing special events, birthday celebrations, and seasonal programs. Report any incidents or guest concerns to the Kids Club Supervisor or Manager. Work closely with other departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. English language skills are required; additional languages are an advantage. First Aid certification is a plus.
