- Lead and supervise a team of A/C technicians, ensuring efficient execution of installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide team in complex HVAC system installations and troubleshooting.
- Perform hands-on diagnostic and repair work on a variety of air conditioning systems, from residential to commercial units.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and optimize system performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in HVAC is highly preferred.
EPA Universal Certification for refrigerant handling is mandatory.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HVAC installation and repair.
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a technical team.
