CCL Arabia Solutions, a division of CCL Global, is an international provider of recruitment and workforce solutions. The company supports major projects across the Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors. With an established presence in Saudi Arabia and plans for expansion, we are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is central to expanding our client base and delivering recruitment solutions to engineering and energy organizations within the region.

Role Overview

This position is designed for a recruiter who prioritizes building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. The role is not driven by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) but focuses on strategic engagement and delivery. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will work across permanent recruitment, contract staffing, and broader workforce solutions, contributing directly to CCL Global's growth in Saudi Arabia. Support will be provided for progression into a client-facing consultancy role, regardless of prior 180 or 360 recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-quality engineering and technical professionals.
• Manage recruitment campaigns from initial qualification through to successful placement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients throughout Saudi Arabia.
• Support business development activities, including attending client meetings.
• Promote CCL's range of recruitment, contract staffing, and workforce solutions.
• Collaborate with international delivery teams to fulfill client requirements effectively.
• Cultivate a specialist market and establish a reputation as a trusted recruitment partner within a chosen sector.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience as a recruiter, demonstrating a proven ability to develop client relationships and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. A background in either 180 or 360 recruitment models is suitable. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying and engaging top-tier engineering and technical talent, and capable of supporting business expansion initiatives.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure, reflecting performance and contribution to business growth.
