- Maintain and repair roll forming machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime by troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on power presses, including lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements to extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within coating systems (e.g., powder coating, liquid coating), ensuring consistent quality and adherence to specifications.
- Operate and maintain specialized tools and equipment for metal fabrication and finishing processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment-related bottlenecks affecting output.
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
- Stay updated on new technologies and best practices in mechanical maintenance, power presses, and industrial coating.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or Associate's degree in a technical field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
- Have proven experience with various industrial coating systems, understanding application and curing processes.
