- Troubleshoot and resolve critical operational issues with boilers and associated auxiliary equipment, often under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions.
- Oversee the budget and resource allocation for boiler maintenance, repair, and upgrade projects, achieving cost-efficiencies without compromising safety or reliability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license, demonstrating a high level of engineering competence.
Certified Boiler Operator (CBO) or equivalent certification, validating practical expertise.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in industrial boiler engineering and operations, preferably in powerplants.
