- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical equipment failures and performance issues in real-time, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and performance testing of machinery, identifying potential risks and recommending proactive maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project scope, technical requirements, and installation timelines for mechanical components.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in field engineering, with a strong focus on mechanical systems in powerplants.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints, schematics, and P&IDs.
Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, and static equipment.
