Job Summary:

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment while minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities using a CMMS (e.g., SAP PM or Oracle).
• Prepare work orders, job plans, manpower requirements, and material lists.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and contractors to execute maintenance work.
• Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts, tools, and equipment before job execution.
• Review maintenance history and recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, industry standards, and company procedures.
• Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and shutdown/turnaround schedules.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 5–10 years of maintenance planning experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or refinery industry.
• Proficiency in SAP PM/CMMS and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
