We are actively looking for customer-focused and motivated Cashiers to join our Stores team in Al-Ahasa City.
Core Responsibilities:• Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient checkout experience to every customer.• Greet, engage, and thank customers, ensuring a positive impression of the store.• Support the store’s customer service program (e.g., Guest model) and contribute to CSI results.• Escalate customer complaints or issues promptly to the Operations Manager.• Promote add-on products, services, warranties, and accessories during checkout.• Support seasonal campaigns and promotional transactions in line with company procedures.• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:• High school, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree.• 0–2 years of cashiering or customer service experience.• Proficiency in Arabic & English.• Basic math, computer literacy, and POS system knowledge.• Customer service orientation and attention to detail.• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
