Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards, quality policies, and laboratory procedures.
Prepare, review, and control quality documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
Plan and conduct internal audits, identify non-conformities, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with external auditors and accreditation bodies during ISO/IEC 17025 assessments and surveillance audits.
Monitor calibration and testing activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical requirements.
Review calibration certificates, quality records, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues and customer complaints.
Maintain records related to measurement uncertainty, proficiency testing (PT), and inter-laboratory comparison (ILC) programs.
Ensure proper control and maintenance of laboratory equipment, reference standards, and calibration records.
Train and guide laboratory personnel on quality procedures, ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, and best practices.
Monitor quality performance indicators and recommend improvements to enhance laboratory efficiency and compliance.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to company quality objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards across calibration and testing services.
Ensure compliance with HSE, customer, and regulatory requirements at all times.
