Procurement Advisor

Job Description:



  • Over 8 years of proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Extensive experience supporting Saudi Aramco projects and operations, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor qualification, bid evaluation, commercial negotiations, contract administration, and purchase order management.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies to maximize value and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of oil & gas, EPC, industrial, construction, and maintenance projects through effective procurement planning and coordination.
  • Monitor supplier performance, mitigate procurement risks, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proficient in SAP, procurement best practices, supply chain optimization, and Saudi market sourcing.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of delivering value-driven procurement solutions.

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, CSCP, PMP, or SAP Procurement Certification are preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and contract management.
