Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities within the assigned unit/project. Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors. Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, planning, procurement, and client representatives. Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization to achieve project targets. Resolve technical and construction issues and ensure compliance with HSE requirements. Prepare progress reports and support testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 12 years of experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Construction, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. GCC/Oil & Gas project experience is preferred. Skills Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills. Knowledge of piping, equipment installation, structural steel, and mechanical construction. Familiarity with international codes, client specifications, and project management practices. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
