Roles & Responsibilities

Perform fabrication, cutting, fitting, grinding, drilling, and assembly work as per drawings and work instructions. Operate workshop machinery, fabrication tools, cranes, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in loading, unloading, lifting, and movement of materials within the warehouse and workshop. Carry out basic maintenance and proper care of fabrication tools and equipment. Follow company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines at all times. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area. Support warehouse, workshop, and logistics operations whenever required. Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks within deadlines. Report equipment defects and safety concerns immediately. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / Trade Certificate in Fabrication, Welding, Fitter, Mechanical or related trade. Candidates with relevant fabrication experience are preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fabricator or in a similar industrial role. Experience in Port, Logistics, Warehouse, Steel Fabrication, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, Shipyard, or Construction industries is preferred. Gulf experience is an added advantage.

Language Requirement

Basic to Good English (Mandatory) Arabic language knowledge will be an added advantage.
