Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Project Director & Operations Manager - Oil & Gas Pipelines

Job Location : Saudi Arabia

Year of Experience : Minimum 15 years

Education- Engineer preferred Mechanical Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities-

Drive execution excellence across multiple cross-country pipeline projects. You will review each project under execution with Project Managers, push PMs to meet approved schedules, remove bottlenecks, and ensure engineering, procurement, construction, cost control, and claim management are delivered to Aramco standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Governance: Weekly deep-dive reviews with PMs on schedule, S-curve, critical path, look-ahead, and recovery plans.

Technical Oversight: Lead constructability, interface, and risk reviews for pipeline EPC - ROW, welding, HDD, crossings, hydrotest, commissioning.

Commercial Control: Own project P&L, cost-to-complete, EVM, change orders, and claim management with client/consultant.

Stakeholder Management: Interface with internal and external (Saudi Aramco and govt authorities).

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Have Experience :

15+ years in Oil & Gas cross-country pipeline EPC: engineering + procurement + construction.

Hands-on with ASME B31.4/31.8, added advantage Aramco standards.

Proven track record delivering pipeline projects >200km, >24" dia for ONGC/GAIL/EIL/Aramco.

Expertise in cost control, delay analysis, EOT claims, and arbitration.

Current/Previous employer: Indian Pipeline EPC contractor approved by EIL, ONGC, GAIL.

Saudi Aramco experience: Preferred. Must commit 5+ years in KSA.

Middle East experience: Added advantage.
