Job Title: Maintenance Technician I (Equipment)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Department: Maintenance / Operations

Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

The Maintenance Technician I (Equipment) is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining restaurant equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment testing, calibration, and supports maintenance projects while complying with company safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment and machinery.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Replace defective parts and install new components as required.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation.
• Calibrate testing instruments and equipment.
• Support maintenance projects and maintain maintenance records.
• Follow company safety and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or vocational certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or service industry.

Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems.

Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
