We are looking for a Project Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be site-based, with strong technical coordination skills and hands-on experience using Revit for reviewing and coordinating project models and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for fit-out works. Review and coordinate Revit models, shop drawings, and construction documents. Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with HSE requirements. Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes. Prepare progress reports and attend coordination meetings. Support project delivery through to final handover.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Minimum 5 years of experience in Fit-Out projects. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory. Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods and finishing works. Ability to read and coordinate construction drawings and BIM models. Proficient in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willing to work full-time on-site.
