Job Purpose:

  • To support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the Operations Compliance function at RSG corporate level. The role assists in developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and regulatory compliance programs across RSG's operational portfolio.
  • The role provides operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Director Operations Compliance, contributing directly to RSG's commitment to operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and organizational governance.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Compliance Framework Support

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of SOPs, SLAs, and operational procedures across RSG corporate functions and all operations subsidiaries.
  • Assist in monitoring adherence to compliance frameworks and identifying gaps requiring remediation or escalation.
  • Maintain and update compliance documentation, registers, procedures, forms, templates, and records for both corporate functions and operations subsidiaries, in accordance with RSG document control standards.
  • Ensure controlled documents are distributed, version controlled and archived consistently and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and follow up on compliance framework implementation across RSG operations subsidiaries, escalating gaps and corrective actions to the Director, Operations Compliance.

 

Reporting and Analytics

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly compliance reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and management summaries.
  • Collect, validate, analyze, and maintain operational and compliance data from multiple business functions.
  • Support development and tracking of compliance performance metrics and indicators for senior leadership review.

 

Audit and Quality Assurance Support

  • Assist in planning and conducting regular audits of operational processes and tracking the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Support preparation for internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
  • Maintain audit findings logs and corrective action registers, ensuring timely closure of open items.

 

Regulatory Compliance

  • Monitor applicable international and local regulatory requirements relevant to RSG's operational domains, including land, marine, and air mobility.
  • Support coordination with regulatory bodies and internal RSG stakeholders on compliance matters, submissions, and regulatory reporting obligations.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating regulatory compliance registers, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.

 

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, awareness sessions, and compliance initiatives across RSG corporate operations and functional departments.
  • Liaise with cross-functional RSG teams to collect compliance information, track assigned actions, and escalate outstanding items.
  • Support communication and reporting requirements between the Operations Compliance department and senior management.

 

Project & Administrative Support

  • Support delivery of assigned compliance projects and departmental objectives using MS Project and related tools.
  • Coordinate and track action items, deliverables, and deadlines assigned by the Line Manager; provide timely progress updates.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple concurrent assignments and shifting priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Carry out additional duties and assignments as directed by management.

 

Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports

  • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements.

 

Safety, Quality & Environment

  • Apply safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of department systems, processes, and practices, considering international best practice, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of department’s systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

 

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of practical experience in operations compliance, regulatory compliance, governance, or a related discipline within a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in preparing management reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and compliance performance tracking documentation for senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently deliver tasks within tight deadlines.

 

Skills:

  • This role sits within the Operations Compliance department under the Operations Excellence division at RSG corporate level.
  • It reports to the Director, Operations Compliance and provides operational, administrative, and analytical support across compliance framework management, SOP governance, regulatory reporting, and quality assurance activities.
  • The role requires a high degree of flexibility and the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments, shifting priorities, and cross-functional coordination demands within a dynamic operations environment.
  • The role may be required to support site visits, regulatory engagements, and ad-hoc leadership-directed initiatives across RSG destinations.
