We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the Human Resources sector, for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Job Role Overview:The CEO will be responsible for leading the company's strategic direction, driving business growth, enhancing operational performance, and strengthening its market position within the human resources industry.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth strategy. Lead and oversee all business operations to ensure sustainable performance and profitability. Drive revenue growth, business expansion, and market penetration initiatives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Ensure effective corporate governance and compliance with relevant regulations. Lead organizational development initiatives and foster a high-performance culture. Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency. Represent the company at industry events, strategic meetings, and business forums.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, including significant experience in executive leadership roles. Proven experience within the Human Resources, Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, or related sectors. Strong track record in driving business growth, profitability, and organizational transformation. Solid understanding of the Saudi labor market and HR services industry. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
