Roles & Responsibilities

1. Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.

2. Conduct regular safety inspections and report unsafe acts or conditions.

3. Support the preparation of risk assessments and permit-to-work procedures.

4. Prepare and deliver toolbox talks before starting work or specific activities.

5. Verify the correct use of PPE by all site personnel.

6. Monitor housekeeping and general site safety practices.

7. Report incidents, near misses, and safety observations.

8. Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure.

9. Maintain safety records, registers, and basic HSE reports.

10. Coordinate with supervisors, workers, and project teams on safety matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Basic experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or project-site safety.

• Basic knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessments, PPE, and permit-to-work systems.

• Ability to conduct site inspections and toolbox talks.

• Ability to prepare simple safety reports and maintain records.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic English language skills.

• Willingness to work at project sites and follow Company and client instructions.

• Saudi Council of Engineers membership, where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or similar safety certification is preferred.

• Previous experience on SEC, utility, telecom, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
