Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of strategic partner transactions from deal readiness through invoicing and cash collection. Coordinate booking activities, order management, operational approvals, and execution milestones. Partner with Sales, Alliances, Delivery, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely transaction execution. Lead operational governance meetings, resolve escalations, and monitor execution against defined SLAs. Track transaction progress, maintain operational documentation, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and execution. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence.
