Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based in Al Baha. The Project Engineer will oversee the technical and engineering aspects of construction and development projects, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and safely. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, contractors, and consultants, reviewing drawings and specifications, monitoring site work, and resolving technical issues. The role also involves planning project phases, tracking progress against timelines and budgets, preparing reports, and supporting quality control and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The Project Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery from design through completion. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to apply engineering principles to real estate development projects. Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to organize tasks, manage schedules, and support delivery within scope, time, and budget. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and site personnel. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Experience in construction, real estate development, or infrastructure projects is highly beneficial. Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety standards, and engineering software tools. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work on-site in a dynamic environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing project requirements.
