We are seeking an experienced Group Finance & Control Manager to join our growing investment group in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building and strengthening the Group's finance function by developing financial policies, improving internal controls, supporting financial planning, and overseeing the financial performance of subsidiary companies.

This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals with a strong accounting or audit background who are looking to take on a leadership role within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial performance of subsidiary companies.
• Develop and implement Group financial policies and procedures.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, treasury activities, and liquidity management.
• Coordinate with banks, external auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Review financial reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Develop management reports, financial dashboards, and performance analysis.
• Support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in finance transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Desired Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7–10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or External Audit.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
• Experience in developing financial policies and internal controls.
• Good understanding of treasury and cash flow management.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, SOCPA, or AICPA) is preferred but not mandatory.
