Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a dedicated focus on large-scale MV/LV distribution and infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Professional Engineer (PE) status or registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) as a Consultant/Senior Engineer is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., ETAP or CYME) for load flow and short-circuit analysis.
- Deep technical knowledge of power transformer sizing, protection relay settings, and grounding system designs.
- Must be willing to relocate to and work full-time in the Tabuk region.
- Direct experience navigating the complex logistical and technical demands of KSA giga-projects (e.g., NEOM, Oxagon, Trojena) is a significant asset.
- Strong leadership capability to mentor junior engineers and manage sub-contractors.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English is required for high-level client reporting and stakeholder alignment.
