Roles & Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Provide comprehensive oversight of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between site execution, engineering requirements, and client expectations.
Contract & Risk Management: Assess economic risks, manage contract amendments based on site conditions, and ensure all commercial aspects of the project are protected.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Saudi Aramco stakeholders, facilitating technical reviews and progress meetings.
Schedule & Resource Optimization: Collaborate with Planning Engineers to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain the project timeline.
Technical Compliance: Oversee the implementation of Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) across all project disciplines, including civil, mechanical, and E&I.
Safety & Quality Governance: Champion the Saudi Aramco Work Permit system and oversee QA/QC integrity, ensuring a culture of "zero incidents" and high-quality structural and welding execution.
Reporting: Deliver comprehensive weekly construction progress reports and technical documentation to senior management and the client.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates with 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Pipeline projects with Aramco/Adnoc approval as a project manager
Education: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil preferred) or a relevant technical field.
Aramco Approval: Must have prior Saudi Aramco approval as a Project Manager.
Experience: Minimum 15+ years in Oil & Gas, specifically in cross-country pipeline construction, with at least 5-8 years in a senior management role.
Aramco Background: Extensive experience navigating Saudi Aramco project management systems and Safety General Instructions (GIs).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software; deep knowledge of SAES and international quality/safety standards.
Skills and Characteristics:
Leadership: Exceptional ability to direct large-scale multidisciplinary teams and specialized subcontractors.
Standards Expertise: Thoroughly conversant with Saudi ARAMCO Engineering Standards (SAES), Work Procedures, and Safety General Instructions (GIs).
Multidisciplinary Knowledge: Well-versed in the complexities of pipeline execution, including ROW clearing, stringing, and cathodic protection. Expert in civil, mechanical, and E&I disciplines as they relate to pipeline construction.
Communication: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to interface between field operations and executive leadership.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and familiar with latest Quality and Safety Standards
