Job description
CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To facilitate the availability of Business System’s Technical infrastructure to internal customers by monitoring, implementation and support of IT Infrastructure, primarily Windows Authentication and Desktop support in accordance with the needs of the business. To harden security in hardware by adhering to security policy, procedures and standards during the installation of IT equipments.
ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION ESSENTIAL:
Graduate degree with any decipline and practical work experience DESIRABLE: Computer Science deplomo / Information Systems deplomo MS Windows Operating Systems. MS Office Automation knowledge. LAN & WAN Concepts.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL:
Essential responsibilities executed (Generic Description)1-2 years experience gained in delivery of Desktop services. DESIRABLE: Desirable responsibilities (Generic Description) Good oral and written English language.
