JOB PURPOSE:
The Job Holder is responsible for the production, update and control of the Typhoon Supply Quality Management System (QMS) on behalf of HQRSAF Directorate of Supply (DOS) Typhoon Weapon System Section including Depot and Base Supply organizations. This responsibility will include the creation of new management tool sets, compliance reporting methods, Quality training needs analysis, configuration control, and support to the HQRSAF Supply systems section interface within the HQRSAF Logistics Instruction Manual (LIM). The job holder will also be required to provide assurance that the Typhoon Supply Chain is compliant to the Policies of the QMS and LIM, internal and external audits, Quality Management Reviews and Standardization throughout HQRSAF DOS, Depot and Base Supply organizations.
Responsibilities
a)Development and assurance of the RSAF/PC Typhoon Supply Chain Operations processes and procedures through the QMS quality audit system.
b)Compliance, monitoring and management of applicable Supply Policy.
c)Delivering and demonstrating continuous improvements of the RSAF Typhoon Supply Chain Operation.
d)Day-to-day supervision and daily management of the Quality Management and Standards Team including support to other Group Leaders.
e)Providing data analysis and integrity reports applicable to the various sections with the DOS Weapon Systems Operation Team.
f)The development and training of subordinates.
Daily management of the Typhoon team’s performance against the HQRSAF Weapon Systems Managers Standards of Performance and the requirements of the QMS.
Job Requirements:
Essential:
Should be educated to Degree or Higher National certificate or Military equivalent.
Must hold relevant qualifications in Quality Management certified by a professional training body civilian or military Skill Level 7.
Must have a minimum of 3 years practical experience in operating Quality Management System tools.
Must have a comprehensive understanding and experience of ISO9001-2015.
Must have a demonstrable understanding of Quality Management principles.
Must have demonstratable and practical experience of Auditing.
Must have demonstrable practical experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Project.
Desirable:
Knowledge and experience of RSAF Logistics and Supply procedures.
Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office Access.
Knowledge and experience of ISO 9004 Guidelines for Performance Improvements.
