We’re Hiring | Senior Sales Associate(Corporate Leasing Focus) We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Senior Sales Associate to join our team in Saudi Arabia, with openings available in Dammam and Jeddah. This role is critical in driving business development, securing corporate accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships within the vehicle leasing sector. Role Overview This position is responsible for executing corporate sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination. The role requires a proven track record in auto leasing, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Execution• Prospect new corporate accounts and drive business growth across KSA• Market and sell vehicle leasing products through face-to-face meetings• Conduct corporate visits to identify and secure new business opportunities• Support business growth planning, sales targets, and resource requirements Client & Account Management• Manage key client accounts and build strong, long-lasting business relationships• Ensure a high level of customer service and professional handling of client requests• Follow up on overdue rental vehicles, extensions, renewals, and commitments Financial & Cross-Functional Coordination• Coordinate with the Finance Department to track payments, agreements, and documentation• Align with Operations, Fleet, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery• Ensure insurance documents, claims, and related paperwork are submitted accurately and on time• Coordinate with the fleet team to monitor vehicle condition and maintenance schedules Leadership & Reporting Control• Guide, support, and mentor junior sales team members in their daily activities• Prepare sales reports, market updates, and performance insights for management• Assist in developing sales policies, procedures, terms, and conditions when required Requirements• 5–7 years of sales experience, specifically in vehicle leasing, auto leasing, or operating lease• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred)• Strong knowledge of the leasing industry and KSA Ministry of Transport regulations• Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written & spoken)• Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, leadership, and executive presence• Ability to prepare reports and present business updates to management
