Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Riyadh. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as monitoring progress, resolving issues, and managing risks. The role involves reviewing designs and specifications, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders. The Project Manager will also support procurement and expediting activities, maintain clear documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to track and accelerate delivery of materials and equipment. Background in Inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate materials, equipment, and resources across project sites. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in complex or large-scale environments. Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary, multicultural teams. Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficiency with project management software is an advantage.
