Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs on HR policies, compliance, and best practices to diverse employee groups.
  • Develop innovative training materials, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and participant workbooks, tailored to specific learning objectives.
  • Assess training needs across the organization by conducting surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis to identify skill gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and impact analysis, making data-driven improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in HR training, talent development, or a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • Professional certification such as CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development) or ATD certification is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
