We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Factory Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.
- Manage production planning and resource allocation effectively.
- Supervise and lead production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Monitor production costs and optimize factory performance.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Factory Operations Management – Ability to manage end-to-end manufacturing activities.
- Production Planning – Experience in scheduling and resource optimization.
- Team Leadership – Capability to lead large operational teams.
- Quality Control – Knowledge of maintaining product quality standards.
- English & Arabic Communication – Effective communication with workforce and management.
Preferred Skills
- Gulf manufacturing experience.
- Lean manufacturing knowledge.
- Process improvement and cost optimization expertise.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates must possess 10–15 years of manufacturing and factory management experience in India. Gulf-return candidates are preferred. Experience handling large-scale production environments and multicultural teams is highly desirable.
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field (Typical)
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Operations/Industrial Management (Typical)
- Additional: Relevant Manufacturing Certifications (Typical)
