CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Responsible for coordinating all assessment system tasks and daily operational talent management activities and assigned projects, collaborating with key stakeholders, and aiding the talent team in accurately organizing and upkeeping data/presentations ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in psychology from a reputable local/international institution / or related discipline PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 1 Year of experience in a role relevant to Talent Management.
