Roles & Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

CDP Strategy & Audience Architecture

  • Lead the implementation, management, and evolution of EWCF's Customer Data Platform

  • Own the unification of first-party data across web, app, ticketing, fantasy, merchandise, broadcast, PR, and offline sources

  • Define identity resolution logic to connect anonymous and known users into unified 360 audience profiles

  • Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering to design ingestion pipelines, data schemas, and audience models

  • Establish audience taxonomy, behavioral event tracking standards, and segmentation governance

  • Ensure consent, privacy, and data governance compliance aligned with EWCF policies

  • Enable real-time and batch audience activation across marketing, digital, and partner platforms

  • Act as a business owner for CDP vendor selection, roadmap prioritization, and performance management

  • Collect data requirements and manage backlog

CRM Strategy & Lifecycle Management

  • Own the day-to-day management and optimization of EWCF s CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

  • Design and maintain lifecycle frameworks (acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation)

  • Develop audience segmentation and automated communication journeys

  • Implement CRM use cases across marketing, partnerships, ticketing, and fan engagement

  • Optimize lifecycle performance through A/B testing, experimentation, and behavioral insights

  • Collect data requirements and manage backlog

Data-Driven Marketing Enablement

  • Translate BI and CDP insights into actionable marketing initiatives

  • Enable targeted, personalized, performance-driven campaigns

  • Support attribution logic, campaign measurement frameworks, and ROI analysis

  • Drive advanced segmentation strategies, including behavioral triggers and lookalike modeling

Reporting, Insights & Optimization

  • Develop and maintain CRM & CDP performance dashboards

  • Monitor funnel metrics, audience growth, engagement, and monetization indicators

  • Identify optimization opportunities based on behavioral and cohort analysis

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the central CDP & CRM point of contact across BI, Marketing, Commercial, Digital, and external vendors

  • Support senior leadership with audience intelligence and growth insights

  • Train and educate relevant teams

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven experience working with CRM & CDP platforms as well as marketing automation tools

Strong understanding of CRM/CDP concepts, lifecycle marketing, and audience segmentation

Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions

Experience with CRM/CDP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Very good written and verbal communication skills in English

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, or equivalent

5+ years of experience in CDP, CRM, data marketing, marketing analytics, or growth roles
