Role Summary
We are hiring an experienced Factory Manager / Production Manager for a reputed Plastic Factory in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Plastic Master Batch manufacturing, factory operations, production planning, and team handling. Gulf-return candidates with Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete factory and production operations
- Monitor production schedules and output targets
- Ensure quality standards and process compliance
- Handle manpower planning and shift management
- Optimize machine utilization and plant productivity
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
- Implement safety and operational best practices
- Prepare production reports and management updates

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, Chemical, or Production Engineering
- Relevant certifications are an added advantage
