Overview
Ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance of Automatic Vehicle Monitoring systems supporting fleet operations and real-time passenger services.
Your role
- Monitor AVM/AVL systems including onboard units, GPS tracking, and central platforms.
- Ensure compliance with KPIs for accuracy, uptime, and real-time data availability.
- Analyze fleet data to support scheduling, dispatching, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate integration with OCC/TCC and passenger information systems.
- Lead troubleshooting of system issues and ensure data integrity.
- Review contractor system upgrades and enhancements.
Desired Candidate Profile
About you
- Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or IT.
- 10+ years experience in AVL/AVM or ITS systems.
- Strong understanding of GPS tracking, fleet management, and real-time systems.
- Experience in transport operations control systems preferred.
