As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at TheChefz, you will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
You will also be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
Coordinate candidate communication and provide a positive recruitment experience from application through onboarding.
Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes and decision-making.
Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance TheChefz’s presence in the job market.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to inform strategies.
