The project:


This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.


You’ll be responsible for:


  • Leading end-to-end delivery of fit-out packages across entertainment, hospitality, and themed assets, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are achieved.


  • Managing contractors, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers delivering high-spec finishes and themed installations.


  • Overseeing coordination between design, MEP, architectural, and themed elements to ensure seamless integration.


  • Driving programme adherence, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies across fast-track fit-out phases.


  • Monitoring and control budgets, variations, and commercial performance of fit-out works.


  • Ensuring full compliance with HSW standards, QA/QC processes, and project governance requirements.


  • Interfacing with client, operators, and stakeholders to align on operational readiness and guest experience outcomes.


  • Supporting testing, commissioning, snagging and handover of fit-out works in line with operational and brand standards.


You'll need to have:


  • Relevant experience as a project manager delivering fit-out packages on large-scale entertainment, theme park, hospitality, or luxury developments.


  • Strong understanding of high-end finishes, themed environments, and specialist interior installations.


  • Experience working within complex, multi-package programmes in international project environments.


  • Demonstrated leadership managing contractors and multidisciplinary teams on fast-paced projects.


  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and well-being and quality assurance best practices.


  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage client, operators and design teams.


  • Relevant degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline; professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIOB) desirable.
